These terms apply to purchases from and use of the Roblo.Art online store.

WORKS AND AVAILABILITY

Descriptions, dimensions, materials, framing or mounting information, edition information, and condition notes are provided on individual listings when applicable. Original works are unique, and availability can change at any time. Placing a work in a cart does not reserve it.

ORDERS

Orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, and correction of genuine listing or pricing errors. If Roblo.Art cancels an order before shipment, any amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

PRICES, TAXES, AND SHIPPING

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping methods, and shipping charges are calculated or disclosed at checkout.

OWNERSHIP AND COPYRIGHT

Purchase of a physical artwork transfers ownership of that physical object only. Copyright and reproduction rights are not transferred unless expressly agreed in writing.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping, delay, damage, loss, cancellation, and return terms are described in Shipping & Delivery and Returns, Damage & Lost Packages.

SITE CONTENT

Artwork images, photographs, text, and other site content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.

CHANGES

These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect when an order is placed apply to that order.
